Excellent location. Staff and service staff were very nice and friendly.
The carpet needs to be cleaned or have new carpet installed. Lots of stains and hair from animals especially in hallway and stairs.

Nice Cold room!
NO ELEVATOR!!!! We asked for a nonsmoking hotel but they allow smoking. Smoke filters into all the rooms and hallways.

Comfortable beds, boat parking was excellent, thumbs up on the wifi.
Had read in other reviews that ice machines did not work and sure enuff they didn't, we'll the one on first floor didn't. Big concern, the back door did not lock, anyone could easily get in w/out a key.

Janet the hostess was very helpful we had an issue with our room with a leaking toilet and wet carpet. We were given another room with out hesitation.
The ac air filters we extremely dirty I could pull the dust off. The staff needs to clean them at least once a month.

There were things under the bed that were gross. Our puppy found it and brought it to us. It was a used condom. Nasty!!! Other trash also, minor things

Lights were out in the restroom, ice was only available on a di#f floor, needed more towels told there was 1. Will not revisit this place.

The staff was extremely helpful & friendly!
There was no TV guide in the room; plus, the walls seemed rather "thin," as we could hear when the people around us got up & showered.

Friendly caring staff. Certainly attentive to any shortcomings.
Fesh paint in building caused minor allergies and oder. To be fair they are making important improvements so such issues are expected.

they were working on rooms close to us, crazy hours very disappointed in response to our needs

Rooms were very clean the bed and pillows were perfect my two kids (6 &2) slept like they were at home. This will be my go to place when visiting family. Oh and the staff was all smiles and friendly.
